Job Description
As a Recruiter at VRAI, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including in-store staff and corporate positions in merchandising, marketing, operations, and more. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates to showcase our company culture and brand story, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
You will also develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, leveraging various channels including industry-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks. Furthermore, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
