Job Description
As National Claims Manager, you will design and manage effective debt recovery processes for vehicle damage costs, balancing recovery and customer experience. You will drive a high-performance team culture by mentoring and training the claims team to deliver results. Monitoring and reporting on claims performance, setting debt recovery targets, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and legal regulations are essential.
This role involves championing continuous improvement, leading best practice initiatives, and collaborating with franchisee business owners. Overseeing the negotiation of payment plans, managing the refund process, and resolving complex customer claims with professionalism are also key responsibilities. Occasional travel will be required.
