Job Description
Support three founders (President/COO in Iceland, CEO in Norway, CCO in Denmark) to bring structure, velocity, and follow-through across time zones and workstreams. Think: executive assistant + light ops/project coordination.
Responsibilities include owning complex multi-time-zone calendars, coordinating travel and logistics, maintaining systems in Microsoft 365/SharePoint and Monday.com, tracking paperwork, stakeholder research, organizing meeting notes, drafting emails, and providing light Canva support. Tools used include Microsoft 365 / Outlook / SharePoint (email, calendar, file structures, permissions), Monday.com (or similar) for light PM/CRM, Otter (or similar) for notes, and Canva (light template-based edits).
What Great Looks Like: chase loose ends, calm and professional with senior stakeholders, transform messy inputs into organized info, and bring order to ambiguity. Must-Haves: 3+ years in EA/Operations/Project Coordination, experience in founder-led or early-stage environments, excellent written & spoken English, high discretion, and strong follow-through.
