Talent Acquisition Associate

Donorbox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our tight-knit, two-person HR team to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience. Reporting to our Senior Talent & People Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet our growing talent needs and contribute to initiatives that enhance our hiring processes. As Donorbox continues to expand, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us build a team that empowers nonprofits worldwide. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a standard 40-hour workweek aligned with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
