Job Description

Seeking Part-Time Customer Service Reps to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls and chat. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Candidates must be available for full-time training (40 hours/week) for two consecutive weeks, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. After training, this is a part-time position with a mandatory 8-hour shift every Monday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Optional hours: Up to 12 additional hours can be scheduled throughout the week (Tuesday to Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on your availability and business needs. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent weekly anchor shift with flexible opportunities to add more hours.
