Job Description
Support Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization projects, including configuration, testing, and go-live preparation.
Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and design tailored CPQ solutions that align with strategic goals. Assist in developing solution architecture and managing the approval, development, and testing lifecycle. Contribute to the configuration and deployment of Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates, and approval workflows.
Coordinate integration of third-party applications and data sources with Salesforce CPQ. Provide excellent client service and develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and project teams. Assist senior team members in engagement planning, budget development, progress monitoring, and quality control of deliverables.
