Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, as the Vice President of Pricing, this high-visibility leadership position will play a pivotal role in accelerating and protecting revenue growth for PointClickCare. The Vice President will maximize profitability in alignment with overall enterprise goals through the development and delivery of pricing and value creation strategies across the Senior Care and Acute & Payer portfolio. Key responsibilities include designing pricing and monetization strategies, evolving and optimizing packaging and pricing models, establishing deal-specific pricing guidance, measuring pricing performance, and strengthening pricing processes and tools. This role involves organizational transformation and requires partnering with senior leaders across marketing, product, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy & operations, particularly within SaaS or related industries. Knowledge of recurring revenue's impact, experience with tiered and usage-based pricing, and a strong grasp of financial metrics are critical. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and familiarity with advanced pricing software.
