Own and lead end‑to-end financial and operational assurance initiatives, with a primary focus on margin integrity, billing accuracy, vendor invoicing accuracy, and COR reliability.
Conduct operational and financial audits to identify root cause issues in processes, data, and controls; convert findings into actionable remediation and automation initiatives.

Automation, Process Engineering & Transformation:

Serve as a subject‑matter expert in RPA platform strategy, automation architecture, and automation lifecycle management – identify design, prioritize, and deploy automation solutions delivering efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma and process engineering methodologies to redesign end-to-end workflows for scalability, control, and operational excellence.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, IT, and Legal, driving alignment through data‑backed insights and objective analysis.
Extend and industrialize existing functional initiatives through assurance, automation, and scalable execution rather than duplicating functional ownership.
