About the Role:
- Spearhead the transformation and optimization of end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing processes.
- Drive operational excellence and implement automation solutions.
- Ensure world-class efficiency, control, and customer outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, and implement automation-first strategies.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and maintain strong Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing process automation.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
