Job Description

Support the continued growth of our fast-expanding division. In this role, you will serve as both a strong individual contributor and an effective team partner, responsible for cultivating new customer relationships, expanding opportunities within existing accounts, and managing a robust pipeline of targeted prospects across the business’ diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable traveling to drive business growth. This position offers high visibility with executive leadership and reports directly to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing. This is a remote role based in the Southeast region.

Establish a diverse and robust customer base – both new and existing customers. Approximately 80% of this role will be spent developing new customers utilizing a consultative relationship selling approach. Approximately 20% will be growing current customer relationships. Proactively prospect and cultivate relationships and grow revenue by building and managing the sales pipeline with new and existing customers. Facilitates RFQ process (as needed), delivers proposals (with the help of cross-functional team members as appropriate) and closes business.
