Operations Associate

Distribution:

• Output client copy in a timely fashion and ensure accurate distribution to the correct circuit at specified times.
• Upload information to PR Newswire website with correct media assets, industry, subject, and geography coding.

Editorial:

• Proofread and format press releases written by clients for media delivery, requiring strong English syntax and punctuation skills.
• Ensure accuracy, attribution, and regulatory headline and content quality of client copy.

Client Relations:

• Promote a client-focused culture and build excellent business relationships through proactive initiatives.
• Understand client needs and provide editorial advice to maximize press release pick-up.

Quality and Administration:

• Prioritize and fulfill all jobs correctly, quickly learning support tools and systems.
• Log all activities in the workflow management system, focusing on quality standards and timelines to achieve team targets.
