People Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our global team. This role is key to ensuring smooth People operations across multiple countries. From payroll and benefits to global mobility and labor relations, you’ll play a central role in making sure our employees are supported, our processes run seamlessly, and our company remains compliant with local regulations. Manage the monthly payroll cycle across different countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. Liaise with external providers, review reports, and request payment approvals. Handle employee inquiries, and manage post-payroll adjustments. Ensure compliance with both internal and external audits. Maintain and update our HR database with accuracy. Oversee global mobility processes, including relocations. Manage employee benefits across multiple geographies.
