What You’ll Do:
- Guide beneficiaries through selecting the right health insurance coverage.
- Build trust with customers by providing clear, accurate, and compliant guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Complete initial training for the state health insurance licensing exam and six weeks of hands-on training.
Who You Are:
- Able to obtain or already have an active health insurance license.
- Bring prior sales experience or a strong desire to learn in a sales-focused role.
- Tech-savvy, coachable, and customer-first minded.
What You Should Know:
- This is a seasonal part-time position, 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- This is a licensed, regulated position.
- Base pay is $20.00 per hour plus a monthly commission-based incentive plan.
