Role Overview:
- Deliver onboarding and implementation support to new clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Coordinate with Onboarding Consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth technical implementation.
- Act as an expert and trusted advisor in Turnitin products and LMS integrations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in educational technology or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with internal teams.
