Implementation Manager - LAC

About the Role:

• Own client onboarding from kickoff to go-live and adoption, acting as the main point of contact for universities.
• Combine project management, client consulting, training, and solution delivery in a fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage several client projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met with clear communication.
• Run client workshops in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, mapping Symplicity solutions to client business requirements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the client base.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or client success with a SaaS product.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of how higher education operates in Latin America, with experience in the EdTech sector preferred.
