Responsibilities:
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across audience acquisition, registration, engagement, retention, and repeat attendance.
- Build automated, behavior-driven journeys and nurture programs for key audience segments.
- Lead audience acquisition strategy through multi-channel campaigns including email, paid social, and partner marketing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or event marketing.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and owned channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and audience data.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary range of $31.25 - $38.46 per hour, dependent on location and experience.
