Product Manager, Prop Growth

The Team:

• Breakout is a crypto-native proprietary trading platform backed by Kraken, operating at the intersection of a trusted exchange and a fast-moving prop firm.
• You will join a lean, high-conviction team where every hire shapes the product, working alongside traders, engineers, designers, and growth marketers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full trader lifecycle experience, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention for Breakout Prop and Kraken Prop.
• Drive the growth roadmap, product strategy for engagement, mobile product, and onboarding improvements in partnership with the Head of Product.
• Set the bar for feature requirements, acceptance criteria, and post-ship iteration for growth and UX initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Requires 3-6+ years in senior product management with experience in growth, engagement, or consumer UX.
• Must have a track record of moving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics, and experience with mobile product development and funnel analytics.
• Should be a crypto-native or deeply curious individual with strong written communication, leadership, and user empathy skills.
