Higharc is looking for a hands‑on Director of Recruiting who can personally drive searches while elevating our overall hiring engine. The director will partner deeply with hiring managers, leverage AI‑enabled tools, craft sourcing strategies, and translate headcount plans into predictable talent pipelines, working with a Senior Recruiter. Responsibilities include owning candidate search strategies, sourcing via traditional and AI tools, conducting interviews, and maintaining a high bar for candidate experience. The director will also facilitate kickoff and weekly syncs, coach interviewers, and advise on role scoping, compensation, and market insights. Process evaluation and creation, a data-driven approach to recruiting KPIs, creative sourcing, workforce planning, and AI‑enabled process optimization are also essential. The director will partner with Marketing to showcase culture and collaborate on People Ops projects.
