Coordenador (a) Growth Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of Growth Marketing strategy.
• Design and implement acquisition and engagement funnels.
• Define, monitor, and optimize growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates.
• Build and configure marketing technology ecosystem.
• Develop and execute experimentation strategies including A/B testing.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Acquisition, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience designing acquisition processes from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of conversion funnels and performance metrics.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Google Sheets, BI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social impact initiatives or purpose-driven businesses.
• Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, or digital products.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation of approximately R$ 9,000 per month (PJ contract).
• Performance-based variable compensation of 20% to 50% of fixed compensation.
• Fully remote work model with high autonomy and direct visibility with leadership.
