Outbound Growth Operations Lead (GHL)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build the full outbound stack: GoHighLevel workflows/pipelines/AI agents, cold email infrastructure, Clay tables, HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns, and ringless voicemail sequences.
• Automate handoffs between tools so manual copy-paste goes to zero.
• Run and optimize daily: monitor inboxes/LinkedIn, triage replies, route positive replies into booked meetings fast.

Required Tools:

• GoHighLevel (with AI) for workflows, pipelines, calendars, and AI agents.
• Clay for list building, enrichment, verification, and personalization.
• Instantly for cold email infrastructure and deliverability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in B2B outbound, growth ops, or RevOps with hands-on campaign building.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel workflows, cold email deliverability, Clay, and LinkedIn outreach at scale.
• Clear, fluent English with ability to lead live calls with US/UK founders.
