The Opportunity:
- Drive new client acquisition through cold email outreach and CRM-driven lead generation.
- Execute outbound campaigns and hit your TOFU targets.
What You'll Do:
- Manage email performance, lead quality, and CRM data integrity.
- Report on open rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
- Identify and flag sales opportunities for the operations team.
Skills We Value:
- 2-3 years with SmartLeads, Clay, or similar outreach platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.
