Job Description

Support sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records​ (MSD Dynamics) and proactively helping them manage their pipeline. Create and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided). Checking feasibility and bidding with both internal and external suppliers for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world. Collaborating with Strategic Analytics & Insights sales representatives and supporting them in day-to-day activities. Prepare presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.). Support sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready. Translating presentations, proposals and other sales materials to Italian as needed. Analyze market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions. Support Sales Development Managers in outbound lead creation (Zoominfo, Appollo io, etc.)​ and maintenance
