Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), and G&A roles — from intake meeting to close. Be a true execution partner to hiring managers: building role scorecards, aligning on sourcing profiles, and delivering qualified candidates. Guide hands-on sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, HireEZ and more. Craft tailored outreach messages, build talent maps, talent insights and own top-of-funnel activity for hard-to-fill GTM business-critical roles. Use Lever (ATS) to maintain clean, data and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics. Coordinate candidate touch points across multiple roles and locations.
