Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

As part of Hyperscaler Program Management Office, you’ll be at the heart of transformation - driving governance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across a multi-billion-dollar initiative. The Hyperscaler Program office is organizationally aligned to the UTG PMO. The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager supports the overall Program Owner in managing the successful delivery of program objectives, acting as second-in-command, providing operational and leadership backup when the Program Owner is unavailable. A key responsibility is serving as the Program-level Risk Manager. The Deputy Program Manager also ensures coordination across projects, drives accountability, and supports strategic decision-making.
