Providing contract drafting and negotiation services.
Two – four years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Experience in the M&A buy-side, M&A sell-side, data protection/privacy, service agreements, procurement agreements, and NDAs are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders.
Work with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals.
Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned.
