Employment and Corporate Counsel

This pivotal role will be responsible for a broad range of employment law matters, both transactional and contentious, while also providing support on commercial agreements. The candidate will Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, including 1st line consulting on US matters as well as advisory and outside counsel management on international employment matters. Will also draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. And will manage and resolve pre-litigation disputes and litigation involving employment matters, working closely with outside counsel when necessary.
