Job Description

The role involves leading and developing a team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives. Define sales targets, track KPIs, and monitor team performance. Recruit and onboard new outbound sales talent.

The position is responsible for driving outbound prospecting: Drive outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels. Leverage Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively. Support the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers.

The role focuses on continuous improvement and culture: Continuously improve sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights. Create a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices. Design and scale lead generation processes from scratch.
