Technical Program Manager

About the Role:

• Maleda Tech is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of business-critical programs.
• You will be embedded within a core engineering organization supporting systems for bookings, changes, cancellations, and service delivery.
• Working with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data Science, you ensure features ship on time and teams move with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own program execution for cancellations, reservations, and services initiatives; track milestones and surface risks.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps and keep dependencies visible.
• Drive delivery of key workstreams including cancellation policy systems, reservation management, and customer service tooling.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with cross-functional software program delivery.
• Experience with consumer-facing product surfaces and multi-platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to create structure in ambiguity.
