Role Overview:
- Support the design, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform.
- Act as the functional bridge between HR, technology, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and lead discovery to simplify HR processes before applying technology solutions.
- Configure HRSD workflows, manage knowledge, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Coordinate testing, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business analysis or HR technology.
- 1+ year with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow CSA or HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and Agile delivery methodologies.
