Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical cost containment strategy and vendor evaluation.
- Support stop-loss carrier engagements and claims risk mitigation.
- Enable sales teams with clinical content and client presentations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $130,000-$150,000.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field; RN license preferred.
- 5+ years in clinical cost containment, case management, or self-funded consulting.
- Deep knowledge of self-funded plan design, medical coding, and cost containment vendors.
