Manager, Claims-Managed Care

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the managed care strategy and direction for the organization.
• Develop and manage resource and capacity models to align with business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of managed care, workers' compensation, and medical cost management.
• Demonstrated competencies in judgment, adaptability, collaboration, and influence.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience; Master's degree preferred.
