Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and networks to support programs and business opportunities.
- Use analytical and quantitative methods to predict and enhance supply chain processes, including assembling data, analyzing performance, and identifying problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives, monitor contract compliance, and support negotiations.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in supply chain analysis within aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and cost-to-serve models; knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/supply chain tools; excellent communication and ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range $110,000 - $130,000 USD, including performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
