Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives as a pre-sales technical resource for SMB opportunities.
- Discover and document prospect technical and product requirements.
- Develop solution and integration documentation for prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1–3 years in a tech-focused role within a SaaS or digital marketing company.
- Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms.
