Senior Manager, AI Transformation

HackerOne is seeking a Senior Manager to help lead AI Transformation initiatives on our Enterprise Data & AI team. This role will focus on shaping and executing our AI and SaaS strategies, ensuring they align with business priorities and drive measurable impact. You will partner with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, manage high-value AI/SaaS initiatives, and enable adoption across the business. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and connect technology solutions to real business outcomes. The HackerOne Enterprise Data & AI team democratizes source of truth information, transformative insights, and AI tooling and infrastructure to power enhanced decision-making, autonomous execution, and mission-aligned scale. The role involves managing AI Transformation initiatives, contributing to the strategy and roadmap in alignment with company priorities, and translating high-level goals into clear project plans and execution milestones.
