Job Description
The ServiceNow Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications, configure forms, fields, views, dashboards, and reports to support operational and strategic needs, and implement role-based access controls. They will also manage data imports, integration setups, and automation workflows, ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, and provide post-implementation support.
