Software Engineering Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers through feedback, coaching, and performance management to build an environment of ownership.
• Partner with Product to translate priorities into realistic plans, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
• Support the team in building stable, production-ready systems that scale, driving improvements in observability and resilience.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience leading and developing software engineers in a people management capacity, including coaching and career development.
• Strong track record delivering production software through engineering teams, balancing execution, quality, and technical debt.
• Solid technical background in software engineering, platform engineering, or backend systems to contribute to architecture discussions.
