About the Role:

  • Provide clinical documentation and risk adjustment review for Tendo's QDI Services customers.
  • Work in real time with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure documentation accurately reflects patient acuity.
  • Manage a daily assigned review queue and support provider education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of CDI/QDI experience and acute-care nursing experience.
  • Active RN license and CCDS certification.
  • Epic experience and working knowledge of HCCs and quality risk adjustment methodology.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range $90,000 - $110,000 plus equity and annual bonuses.
