Product Owner

Role Summary:

• The Product Owner translates product strategy into actionable work for development teams and drives value every release.
• This role acts as the primary connection between the Product Manager's vision and the development team's execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with developers and designers throughout the development lifecycle, making trade-off decisions.
• Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and intended outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related agile delivery role.
• Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
