Service Delivery Operations Manager - Operations

Manage and develop a high-performing team of coordinators and analysts, owning and optimizing resource management processes, tools, and reporting. Lead fulfillment planning meetings with practice and delivery leads, resolving resource conflicts and balancing capacity across competing priorities. Monitor utilization and performance metrics and champion data accuracy across systems, holding teams accountable for timely data entry. Drive process maturity across the resource lifecycle, challenging inconsistencies and ensuring adherence to scalable workflows. Influence leaders across PMO, Sales, and Delivery aligning forecasting and staffing strategy. Ensure PSA system hygiene and process compliance across teams.
