Job Description
The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people. This hands-on role reports to the Snr Dir, People Systems to advance a recruiting systems strategy that supports business needs that include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of both a technical and functional nature.
Leads all systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs including process re-imagination, systems enablement, implementation and system integrations. Partners with COE’s, Leadership and Transformation teams to deeply understand and translate business needs into system’s needs, architectural requirements and implementation/execution plans. Provides domain thought leadership in People Systems landscape, by challenging current thinking and providing practical and innovative systems solutions to solve frictions in end-to-end People processes.
