Clearing Operations Associate - Corporate Actions

Accountabilities:

• Manage corporate actions processing and clearing operations across equities, fixed income, and options.
• Review and validate corporate action event details before posting to customer accounts.
• Perform daily reconciliation of corporate actions and suspense accounts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Actions operations.
• Direct experience with DTC Corporate Action Web and industry processing platforms.
• Knowledge of ICE corporate action data, BNY processing, and OCC options corporate actions.
