Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inflow of requests that come in overnight and are assigned to you.
- Answer and return calls from recordkeepers, customers, and participants.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributions and loans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents.
- Experience working in a high-volume processing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recordkeepers like Empower, Voya, John Hancock.
