You will play a key role in fueling our rapid growth by leading high volume Sales hiring across our GTM teams. You will own end to end recruiting from sourcing and stakeholder management through closing, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership. This role requires a blend of creativity, operational rigor, and relationship building. You will have the autonomy to design and refine recruiting processes, elevate our talent brand, and ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience.
Own full-cycle recruiting from Sourcing through Closing, develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidatesβ skills, and track and analyze recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy.
