Job Description
Provide technical leadership throughout the inside sales process and be a trusted solution advisor during the sales process. Expertise will ensure successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption. This high profile role is part of the Commercial Solutions Engineering team and is based at Smartsheet corporate offices in London, UK. Develop strong relationships with sales teams to drive successful sales engagements, including providing daily product/technical support to cross-functional partners. Provide support for preparing technical responses to prospect questions and knowledge base entries. Collaborate with Product teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs. Support marketing related events, demonstrating the platform and connect with customers or prospects.
