Founder Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• You will be the founder's trusted operational partner, driving execution across the organization.
• You will manage cross-functional projects, improve processes, and coordinate teams to ensure key initiatives move forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate founder ideas into actionable project plans with clear owners and deadlines.
• Track progress across multiple initiatives and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead recurring accountability meetings and provide organized updates.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Previous experience in an Amazon eCommerce business using Seller Central is required.
• Strong documentation, SOP development, and cross-functional coordination skills.
