The Role:

Blend headhunting, executive search principles, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
Partner closely with clinical leaders to deliver both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
Fully remote position covering the North of England, with occasional travel for events across the UK and Europe.
