DVM Recruiter

About the Role:

• The DVM Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for veterinarians across partner hospitals.
• Partners with operations leaders to understand practice needs and build candidate pipelines.
• Success requires hands-on veterinary recruiting experience and strong relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional leaders to develop recruiting plans and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and conferences.
• Provide personalized candidate experience and guide hiring partners through the process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience including veterinary recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills with multiple openings management.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse preferred.
