Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners.
- Set up replacement rentals when clients need alternative transportation.
- Communicate with vendor partners to obtain status of live jobs.
Qualifications:
- Two years experience with customer and/or vendor support.
- Two years of administrative support experience.
- Proven success in problem/conflict resolution or negotiation.
Requirements:
- Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
