Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners.
  • Set up replacement rentals when clients need alternative transportation.
  • Communicate with vendor partners to obtain status of live jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Two years experience with customer and/or vendor support.
  • Two years of administrative support experience.
  • Proven success in problem/conflict resolution or negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
