AI Research Delivery: Lead planning and execution across major research, aligning distributed teams and ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
Cross-Time-Zone Coordination: Create operational systems to keep global research moving, managing dependencies and unblocking researchers across different time zones.
Research and Product Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to identify high-quality research output suitable for productisation.
Program Governance: Introduce program governance, consistent reporting, risk surfacing, and standardised ways of working to improve predictability and transparency.
Alignment and Trust: Facilitate communication, align conflicting priorities, and maintain strong relationships between researchers, product teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
