Asbestos Litigation Attorney - CA

AECOM is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to support our Corporate Legal team. This position offers flexibility for remote work schedules to be based in the state of CA, plus up to 25% travel. Responsibilities include managing the Company’s high-volume asbestos litigation docket from initial intake through resolution, including case investigation, discovery, defense strategy, litigation, and insurance reporting and recovery. You will oversee and collaborate with a network of National and Local Counsel and communicate effectively with multiple insurers and coverage counsel. The role also involves reviewing key litigation motions and settlement agreements.
